WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/ SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS?

We are NOT responsible for any lost packages shipped to the address you inputted on your order. Please ensure before ordering the address and email address are correct before placing your order. If address or email is inputted incorrectly, there is no guarantee we will be able to change your address or email and therefore will not be responsible for the listed mistake! However, if you see you inputted the wrong email or address, please immediately fill out the form on our website as soon as possible so we are more likely able to see and fix the mistake before shipment! If your package says it was delivered and you are not seeing your package, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the postal service your package was shipped with! They are the only ones who can possibly fix the misplaced package. We hope no one has this issue, but will be here as much as we possibly can to help and get the issue fixed!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO SHIP MY ITEMS?

There are 3 different options for shipping:

  1. Standard Shipping - 5-8 business days for your package to be shipped

  2. Priority shipping - 3-5 business days for your package to be shipped

  3. Express Shipping - 1-2 business days for your package to be shipped

(NOTE: any restock or preorders will have an ESTIMATED ship week — meaning… your shipping selection will ship within the estimated ship week with the shipping option you chose!)

All of these shipping methods are priced differently and can be found when checking out.
