WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

I hope you love all of your items from Revenge the Label! However, I know sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return and you will not receive a store credit code.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Tags must be still attached to your item. For bikinis, they must have the panty liner protector still attached. Returns will not be accepted if they have any sort of stain or smell (ex. deodorant, makeup, dog hair, cigarette smoke)

In addition to store credit, exchanges are also accepted.


Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shop@revengethelabel.com OR fill out the google form at the bottom of this web page and forward photos of any damage. (please do not wait for response on if we need photos, just go ahead and attach them to your first email)

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/ SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS?

We are not responsible for any lost packages shipped to the address you inputted on your order. Please ensure before ordering the address and email address are correct before placing your order. If address or email is inputted incorrectly, there is no guarantee we will be able to change your address or email and therefore will not be responsible for the listed mistake! However, if you see you inputted the wrong email or address, please immediately fill out the form on our website as soon as possible so we are more likely able to see and fix the mistake before shipment! If your package says it was delivered and you are not seeing your package, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the postal service your package was shipped with! They are the only ones who can possibly fix the misplaced package. We hope no one has this issue, but will be here as much as we possibly can to help and get the issue fixed!

DO YOU STILL SELL YOUR CLOTHES/THRIFTED ITEMS?

Yes, I do weekly story sales on my Instagram story (@shoprevengethelabel). I also post thrifts to a store called “revenge thrifts” under “shop”. All of these items I have hand-picked for you! The condition, size, and brand of each will be listed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO SHIP MY ITEMS?

There are 3 different options for shipping:

  1. Standard Shipping - 5-7 business days for your package to be shipped

  2. Priority shipping - 3-5 business days for your package to be shipped

  3. Express Shipping - 1-2 business days for your package to be shipped

(NOTE: any restock or preorders will have an ESTIMATED ship week — meaning… your shipping selection will ship within the estimated ship week with the shipping option you chose!)
