RETURN POLICY

    What is your return policy?

    I hope you love all of your items from my small business Revenge the Label! However, I know sometimes you may need to return a purchase and pick something better suited for you!!!

    Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days after receiving your order (this is when the product is delivered NOT ordered) After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return and you will not receive a store credit code.

    The following items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for a return!

    1. sale items (this includes any item bought during a warehouse sale, holiday sale, OR under our "sale" section!)

    2. items from our outlet site

    3. any custom revenge merchandise (as they are made to order -- we will not be able to process these returns!)

    4. Gift cards of any value

    Items must be in original (perfect) condition to be accepted for return:

    • Tags must be still attached to your item

    • For bikinis, they must have the panty liner protector still attached (yes we can tell when you have taken the panty liner off and put it back on)

    • Free from odor (smoke, body odor, etc)

    • Free from excessive human or animal hair

    • Free from makeup marks or smears

    • Free from self-tanner residue

    • Neatly packaged

    (items received with any of the above listed may not receive a store credit code!)

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be send a store credit code to use (note: store credit codes expire exactly one year from when you receive your code and we will not be responsible or able to reactive it if the timeline is missed) within 5-8 business days! If more than 8 days have passed and you still have not received your store credit code, please contact us at revengethelabel@gmail.com as there may have been an issue regarding your shipment or item inspection!

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if for some reason you receive a defective item:

    • please contact us at revengethelabel@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.

    • Include a photo of the damage in your email that accurately shows the flaw, stain, rip, etc!

    • If we are not notified within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement!

    • Revenge the Label is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer.

    • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If you receive an email that your item was damaged upon return arrival, you have the option to buy another shipping label to get the item back.

    We are so beyond thankful for your understanding!   • Return Instructions (Store Credit Only)

    We gladly accept returns for store credit only under the following guidelines:

    • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and neatly packaged in original condition.

    Please include one of the following inside your return package:

    • Your itemized receipt, OR

    • A note with your full name and order number, along with the item(s) being returned.

    Important: We strongly recommend keeping a copy of your receipt and tracking information until your return has been fully processed. Revenge the Label is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once they are in the care of the postal service.

    Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email within 3-8 business days!

    NOTE:All sale items and any items purchased from the Revenge Outlet Website are final sale and not eligible for returns or store credit.
